Ilija has over 18 years experience in architecture, project management, design/build construction, construction management and business development. Prior to starting ENZO Building and Design he was the Director of Design and Construction for a Design/Build construction company in Northern Kentucky and project manager and designer with an architectural engineering firm in Cincinnati, Ohio.

He has extensive project management experience; projects include new office buildings, retail (automobile dealerships), healthcare (new build and interior tenant renovation for doctor offices), industrial/manufacturing facilities, head start day care center, YMCA R.C Durr Senior Center, new corporate Office Building for Carespring Independent and Assisted Living, and renovation for Delta and Comair at the Cincinnati International Airport, CVG.

Ilija has been the Project Manager for projects ranging in magnitude from $50,000 to $10 million. His most recent experience includes Designer, Project Manager and Business Development for a new Cadillac Dealership building and renovation of a Subaru Dealership in Northern Kentucky, Chevrolet dealership renovation in Cincinnati, a $2 million laboratory renovation/addition and office renovation for a Northern Kentucky manufacturing company that fabricates specialty belting products.

Ilija holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and an Associate Degree in Architecture/Civil/ Engineering Technology from Cincinnati Technical College, (CTC) in Cincinnati, Ohio.
