PREQUALIFICATION

ENZO requires that all subcontractors complete a prequalification process in order to be eligible to contract work with our company. Successful construction projects require quality suppliers and subcontractors.

ENZO values our partnership with all of our vendors. If you are interested in joining our team, please take this opportunity to complete our pre-qualification form. All Subcontractors contracted with ENZO Building and Design, LLC are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance matching or exceeding the requirements specified in the SUBCONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION APPLICATION and must name ENZO Building and Design, LLC as additional insurer AND WAIVER OF SUBROGATION CLAUSE IS ADDED.  AGGREEMENT LIMIT APPLIES PER PROJECT. Contractor shall be notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to cancellation of insurance.  Failure to notify Contractor of such cancellation shall in no way limit Subcontractor or Subcontractor’s insurance company’s obligation to provide insurance under this paragraph.

Also, all Material Suppliers and Subcontractors must submit and maintain Worker’s Compensation coverage and a W9 form prior to starting any project. Renewal certificates shall be provided to Contractor at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any certificates. The pre-qualification process is for subcontractors only; vendors and material suppliers do not need to complete the pre-qualification process.
